We just called into the bell on the way home from a day out. It was a lovely end to a smashing day. Friendly host, great choice of drinks and a lovely 'pubey' atmosphere. Will be returning very soon! X

The Bell has recently been renovated and taken over by new management. The menu offers a fair range of well executed dishes and the wine we had was rather lovely. Desserts looked limited.Good service and surroundings made this a pleasant evening out worth repeating.

Think this is a statement which relates to another customer comments relating to being given shrimps instead of prawns. As the questioner states is there really a difference, one is just a bit smaller! Still tastes good!
