We had a delicious afternoon tea in Barberstown Castle recently in their exquisite conservatory room. Great service and very good value too. Treat yourself!

Visited in November for lunch. Very busy but after eating here I can see why. Great service, homely food and friendly staff. Daily specials have something for everyone. The chicken ham and potato bake with salad and a glass of red went down very nicely.

As noted we arrived mid afternoon and decided to have some cheese and biscuits and a glass of champagne. We were not disappointed, some lovely local cheeses as well as French, very, very nice.

Fire lighting in the large warm room, high ceilings and a mini grand piano create a luxurious touch. Beautiful piano music accompanied our high tea. Three tiered sandwich and cake platter displayed delicious mini treats. Discrete and friendly staff leave you in peace to chat...More
