The Brewery Lunchtime carvery is practically an institution in Letterkenny, Carol and Jimmy have been looking after the great and the good and even the odd Allstar for many years. I tried the early bird menu this week available between 5 and 7 p.m. with family and kids and found a well structured very reasonably priced menu that catered for all tastes. Great value mains at 10 euro and 12 euro. Starters and desserts at 5. Our group had Enchilada, Chicken Curry, Steak sandwich (with all the trimmings!) and Vegetarian pasta, not a morsel left on any plate. Kids menu available all around 6 euro price point. The Lunchtime excellence has been carried through to the evening menu in a casual easy friendly way.

Visited the place on Sunday afternoon to have lunch and watch the football with the other half. Service was efficient and attentive. I ordered a pint of Guinness while deciding what food to have. Guinness was good and I opted for the brewery burger. The server informed me that they were running an offer of a burger and a pint for £10 which was great value! The burger was tasty and the homemade chips were very good. The other half had the Cajun burger which she also enjoyed. Highly recommend for a cheap eat in Letterkenny.

With all the covid 19 regulations it's hard to know where to go however from the moment we opened the door in The Brewery, we felt very safe. We were greeted warmly at the door, our name and number taken and then shown to our seat. The tables were very well separated and all staff had either a visor or masks on and always respected our space and social distanced at all times. Our lunch (1 coley and 1 chicken) arrived very promptly and was delicious. Staff were excellent and very friendly too. All in all, great location, friendly efficient staff, excellent food and they obviously are very sincere about the well being of their customers and staff alike. Thank you The Brewery!

Town Center pub dishing out rustic housewife fare. And it’s cheaper than most. A bowl of thick, tasty leek and potato soup with choice of white roll or wheaten bread with butter pats in foil sets the scene , mega plates of pies or roast dinner with heaps of mashed spuds and fresh carrots. With the added value of a plate of biscuits thrown in when u take a tea/coffee.
Self served with speed and grab a seat where you can, cause is busy at lunch time .

Poor service, party of three people, long wait for main course, 1 party had chicken wings that appeared to be reheated in the microwave and were completely dried out, couldn't eat them. The rest of the food was okay. No follow up service after main course waited 20 mins then paid and left as quickly as we could.

Family of four from West Limerick recently visited the Brewery for early dinner, we enjoyed it so much we went back the next evening too. Lovely food - great service and spotlessly clean with really good Covid-19 protocols in place.
Would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next visit in the future!

While on staycation in Letterkenny stopped here for lunch. We were told that lunch had finished so we decided to have a look at the dinner menu. When the waiter came to take our order he accommodated us (even though lunch had finished) by offering us sandwiches. I had a toasted chicken, bacon and cheese sandwich which was lovely. It came with a salad and coleslaw side and a side of chips. We also had the soup which was very tasty but portion was on the smaller side. Overall a pleasant experience staff very helpful

Booked dinner here last night Saturday 25th of July. What a fantastic night from start to finish. We were greeted at the door upon arrival and invited to sanitize our hands and were then shown to our table. Contact tracing procedures were also being followed via retention of our name and number when booking. There was lots of space, wait staff wore masks and were so cordial and professional.
Our food arrived promptly and was really delicious. Orders for drinks etc. were taken at the table and brought directly to us.
It was such a treat to get out for a meal, our first time since lockdown, we felt so safe and comfortable, it actually felt normal to be out.
I would highly recommend a trip to The Brewery if you are in Letterkenny. Top class service amid a new normal👏🏻👏🏻. Thank you for a great night. M.

This was just the right place for dinner. We sat in the bar area and had a great server named carol. The food came quickly and we enjoyed the fish tacos and several glasses of hop house

My husband and I were looking forward to going out for a bite to eat after Lockdown but were a bit nervous given the changed environment with Covid 19 still around. We need not have worried - The Brewery Bar and Restaurant are taking all the necessary precautions; we felt safe and the food is as delicious as ever. Highly recommended!

Nice pub/ restaurant for dinner and a few drinks. Great food, fantastic atmosphere and friendly efficient staff. Accommodating for families as-well as couples and groups. If you are planning to visit try to go before 6pm, it can get very busy later in the evening.

Had a meal for four people here but was disappointed with the food and ambiance.
The Caesar Salads were a strange mix of large pieces of chicken mixed with cos lettuce leaves, lots of crispy bacon pieces, dry bread pieces (too large to be croutons) and the weirdest dressing to be called Caesars.
Have to say the service was excellent.
The 80's/90's rock music was playing too loud, and the large tv screens showing football wasn't to my liking.

Great place for food and drink although a little noisy as it was very busy. We ate in the bar area and initially considered moving on but were pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the food together with great service. There was music later in the evening which was exvellant too. Great value for money. We will be back.

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful interior, gorgeous food. Freshly made and my hubby said it’s the best chicken burger he’s ever ate. I’d say the same about the apple crumble dessert; came with custard, ice cream and fresh cream. Beautiful crumble. We were also pleasantly surprised by the price. We’d definitely come back if we come to letterkenny again
