Had a lovely meal here during our stay in Athlone. Huge menu with lots to choose from. As it was our first time here our server( sorry can't remember her name) was very, very helpful telling us about every dish we asked about. She was very knowledgeable and her descriptions were very helpful. We had our meal and which was... More

It was himself's birthday so he got to choose where he wanted to go for dinner and the boy chose well! Our expectations were high when we seen all the plaques and awards that adorned the wall by the entrance, and in my opinion they were well deserved. We started off with a sharing platter, which if I ever get... More

Oh Mary if you were standing beside me I'd hug you:) We have been in business alittle over 14 years now and as you mentioned we have alot of Awards but it is the personal comments, feedback and reviews that we receive that make it worthwhile and fun to do what we do. My favourite dish is the fruity duck... More

The curry transported me back to Thailand. Amazingly good taste, good service and very friendly staff. The prawn wonton soup is excellent and the curry amazing. Reasonable price too. Cant wait to go back. Its in a nice area with Seans bar nearby, very nice for pre dinner drinks. Tell the staff how spicy you want it or it could... More

Love this Thai restaurant. Second time here whilst visiting Athlone with friends. Food is fabulous. Lots of choice on menu. It's very busy so book ahead.

I have heard rave reviews from friends and family over the years about this place. So finally Saturday evening I was back in athlone and arranged to meet some friends. They made all the arrangements we originally were looking for 8pm but had to book for 9 as it was busy which was a good sign. When we arrived we... More

Hi Ian and thanks for the comments and the visit. My waiter Lek remembers your table on the Saturday. As you said we were and are always busy on Saturdays. I have checked with Lek and my wife Janya who was managing that night. We came back to your table the first time and perhaps seeing that you weren't used... More

Buzzing busy restaurant and take away. Restaurant is based upstairs over takeaway. Food was tasty and plentiful. Service was also top class. Good menu of craft beers. Reasonably priced menu with options for 2/3 course deals. I had prawn curry that is highly recommended. Other dishes with my dinning friends also looked good and no complaints.

We had a fantastic meal at Kin Khao Thai- Both the service and the food exceeded expectations . The wait staff was well informed, quick with suggestions, super friendly and attentive. The food was some of the best Thai. I have had the chicken mince salad and beef lao curry. I wish I lived in Athlone so I could go... More

Had starter platter for two which was nice for the most part if a little greasy, but I wouldn't really expect otherwise for what we ordered. Spring rolls, won tons, ribs and chicken were nice however chicken skewer was covered in peanut sauce which tasted very burnt. Fish cakes were really tough and we could not eat them. Thankfully the... More
