My wife and I stopped in for lunch on a wet and windy day. We both ordered the soup and Turkey & ham special for €12 each. Massive bowl of home made vegetable soup and lovely brown bread to start and then a large portion of Turkey and ham to follow. Just what we both needed on a cold day.... More

Wow Friday Fish and Chip night was a winner. Avril made the five of us feel really at home. She explained how fresh the fish was. The portions were a great size making plenty to eat. The meal deal worked for us too. As we were leaving Avril sold us the benefits of the town and the key things to... More

V big portion but food quality isn't good. Me and my partner share a seafood chowder. Its impossible to tell what kind of seafood were there because they have been chopped so small. The soup was far too runny than it should be. I then have a seafood tagliatelle (come with garlic breads) and my partner ordered some lambs leg.... More

Stopped for a brief lunch. The food is good with good prices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The surroundings are very clean and unusual - looks a bit like an old church! Recommended.

No-one in the place. Said they didn't serve food that night - bank holiday Monday. So we had a quick drink and left. Nothing to recommend the place.

Choice of three bargain fiver Friday meals, fish, chicken goujons or sausage with chips and mushy peas. Basic but cheap and filling, no complaints. The merlot was lovely too.
