Went here on the recommendation of Kela & Stephen from Dunowen House, Ardfield where I was staying with my family. It was my son's 30th birthday - there were 10 of us - we each agreed the food was exceptional. Staff were fantastic. The chef even baked a massive birthday cake for my son (I had telephoned a week or... More

Great lunch menu. Fresh local produce and prompt and friendly service. There is a gorgeous view from this bar. Limited parking.

Food was excellent. The ling with smoked haddock risotto is one of the best dishes I've ever had. And the toasted meringue and chocolate and stout sorbet was out of this world. Parking is very limited and not easy to park on a bend on a narrow road. Staff were friendly.

Heard some great things about this resteraunt but didn't live up expectations. The food was nice but not spectacular. My husband had crab claws and felt they were very bland and didn't seem fresh. There was nothing wrong with the food it just wasn't amazing. It wasn't nice enough to keep me coming back to sample more. A bit of... More

I've heard great reviews for this location and really looked forward to having a meal out here - the location is really great as it overlooks the sea - the bar is old time style and quite unique - the chairs were not comfortable and for someone like me who suffers with a bad back it wasn't a pleasant experience... I love this beautiful little restaurant and its picturesque rural setting just across from the sea. With great food and such a warm welcoming atmosphere, it has made a lasting impression. The high quality produce and clever flavours have left me yearning to go back and sample more. To name but two dishes worth trying, the Thai fish soup starter... More

Arrived here for Sunday lunch with 3 adults and 3 kids, unbooked, and was given a lovely table without a problem. Obviously we got there just in time, because 15 mins later the place was full! Be prepared for fish menu heaven, as there's very little non fish offered. Sunday lunch, 4 course, €32 per person, let the feasting begin!... More
