Excellent food and presentation. Tell Raymond that Maggie is the best. Welcoming and attentive staff. The vegetable soup was the best.

Lovely goats cheese and beetroot starter! The goats cheese was nice and warm and so soft and smooth (deep fried). The beetroot added a lovely sweetness and with the walnuts adding a pleasant crunch, I couldn't complain. Had this starter twice now within a few weeks. Also, presentation never fails! Have seen people amongst us with main courses. They look... More

We visited Raymond's recently and left feeling disappointed. This has previously been a favourite restaurant for us but sadly, the place has acquired a "tired" feel about it. Nothing on our plates "sang", even the salad was a sad affair with the dressing over salted. I wonder does the chef even taste the food s/he is sending out.

We went for a meal based on the tripadvisor ranking and although it was OK there is no way it is the second best place in Midleton. All the dishes ordered where from average to good but the main issue was that the two fish dishes served had a lot of water on the plate, which to be honest is... More

We received a recommendation from the staff at Jameson Distillery and went there. It was excellent and a bit different. You pay a certain price for a two or three course meal and select from the menu. The portions are large and delectable. The waitstaff was very attentive and courteous. A great choice to enjoy very good food.

I visited Raymonds to celebrate my graduation as a group of 12. I couldn't fault the friendly helpful staff. The menu had a great range including the kids menu and the food was delicious. I'd recommend Raymonds and we'll definitely be back!

My wife and I picked Raymond's at random. First impression was an open clean environment not touristy despite the location. I had the roast of the day which was lamb and it was phenomenal. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. We would recommend to anyone.

We were so lucky to find this place just outside the entrance to the Jameson distillery. We asked the server what black pudding was, she explained it to us, and brought us a sample to taste. We liked it a lot. We both had the seafood chowder - it was delicious filled with mussels, Cod, salmon all in a very... More
