This is by far the most friendly bar in Portrush. The staff go far beyond the norm to make everyone who visits feel great. I love the cocktails and also the food. brilliant quality at brilliant prices and service always quick and professional. Keep doing what yous are doing and I shall see you all again soon. THANK YOU.

Ate here today and we were served by two very helpful ladies who couldn't do enough for us. Our meals were all beautiful, chicken burger with wedges, steak and a sandwich and portions were huge. Service was also brilliant, we waited about 15mins for our food which I think was a reasonable enough wait! Have been here in the past... More

We ate here 2 nights during a recent stay in Portrush. On both occasions we had the 3 course evening meal which costs £12.95 per person The service was excellent and despite the restaurant being busy on both evenings the food arrived quickly. The entire meal was excellent, as we're the desserts. Would really recommend this resturant if you are... More

We ate in this bar whilst staying in the hotel. The food was excellent and the portion size was good. Our sweets were also very good. I would recommend the pavlova. They don't seem to accept large parties of guys or girls as a group of ladies who seemed to get in for a birthday party were soon asked to... More

During an Easter Monday visit to Portrush we had a meal here. Although the restaurant was very busy, and we had a short wait for a table, the service was quick and despite being extremely busy we didn't have to sit to long waiting on our meal. There were 6 in our party. The food was delicious and well presented.... More

Have just enjoyed another excellent meal in The Port Hotel. Portrush has a few good eating places but for friendly service, comfortable atmosphere and good food, the Port Hotel is right up there with the best. Myself and my partner were shown to a table by the waiter and took our drinks order straight away which arrived almost instantly because... More

Just a quick review to say that we've been walking past this pub for years, but never ventured inside until recently. We headed our normal haunt, the harbour bar for a swift pint, but it was mobbed. So we thought we'd try the port - it was fantastic, great welcome, and an even better pint... See photo attached as proof!

My family had Sunday lunch here in November 2012. Initial impressions were good, there was a nice open fire and this was welcome on a cold and wet day, we initially had coffee and this was well presented and pleasant. We were the only people in the entire restaurant. Two of us had the Rump steak which was OK but... More
