I was here in 2012 when the weather was dreadful. I had lunch here to dry off during a cycle tour. On this occasion the weather was much nicer, but I wanted to revisit, this time with my partner. Went for lunch. Dining area has changed, but in a positive way. Had a bowl of Irish Steaw with Wheaten bread... More

Stayed here for a friends wedding so not exactly a 'proper' review. So what can I say, the hotel is situated on a cliff above the Giants Causeway giving it stunning coastal views. It's owned and operated by the National Trust and is clean and tidy if showing its age a little. Our room was clean and tidy with a... More

The chef here is outstanding..plates of food came out looking as if they were New York winners in presentation and spicing. Bowls of chips (fried potatoes) were a uniform colour, crisp on the outside and nicely soft on the inside--good test of a cook's skill. Fish and meat entrees over two nights were perfect. It's obviously popular with the locals... More

If the famous Finn McCool was still about, he would definitely be getting his grub here.... Friendly, Cosy, beautiful surroundings and in the middle of a world heritage site what more could u ask for. Me my fiancé and the little man came for lunch here. Food was fresh, rich in flavour and came in giant portions which were really... More

Had a bite to eat & a few drinks here after visiting the causeway. Great service from the friendly staff. The food was good and it was good value also, as I expected that it might be overpriced due to the location. So well done to the owners and management for not trying to fleece visitors.

We visited the Giant's Causeway, and fancied a cup of tea to warm up. This hotel is just above the National Trust Visitors' Centre, so we went in. The hotel bar was warm and comfortable, and as we talked in a singer was sitting in the corner playing her guitar and entertaining the 3 or 4 people already there. We... More

I ordered Irish Stew and it was just like any other stew--not made with lamb or mutton. I was disappointed. The service was slow.
