Lunch time “Chile Beef Mac n cheese” with corn bread. Superb. A bit of a wait as it is freshly made but worth it. The corn bread was so Light.

When in Carrick on work business I called in for lunch and had a chicken pasta dish. I asked for a drop of chilli to be added which it was no problems. Good food and very busy which is obviously a good sign.
