My husband took me to Oysters last night for my birthday. This was our first time here and we had heard good reports from friends who dined here before. Firstly we were warmly welcomed by Ann-Marie (I hope spelling is correct) who showed us to our table. My husband ordered the starter of Stuffed loin of rabbit (which I had... More

We are pleased that you ventured to try some dishes that you may not ordinarily have tried & loved them. You are also right about the malteser meringue. We do indeed make our own honeycomb and are thrilled that you picked... More

After the Strabane Lifford Half Marathon, we were all starving. We were staying right next to Oysters and decided to give it a go. What a classy place! We started with the fish cakes and goat cheese appetizers. 3 of us had the Salmon and one had the vegetarian risotto. All of us were completely satisfied. Incredible presentation and a... More

Was at a 60th birthday meal there a couple of Saturday nights ago, my friend and I arrived early to surprise the "Birthday girl" and it was apparent from the start that we were in a Restaurant which was a "cut above the average". The interior of the restaurant was beautiful, not very large but very tastefully decorated. But the... More

Drove to Strabane to try out Oysters, it was very good. Husband had a fish starter and main course and he was impressed. I had the veg & thyme soup as a starter with the lamb main course - gorgeous. Lovely service, very friendly and we were told it has just been rennovated. Worth pre-booking because it's popular.

We had a beautiful Christmas eve lunch at Oysters last December, the ambience was sublime and Kevin's home-made mulled wine was delicious! He even gave us some mulled wine from the pot to take home to enjoy, which made our experience even more special. A gem of a restuarant. Kevin and his team are so welcoming. Thank you
