Over the years we have had several meals at The Butchers. Having 'changed hands; in the last year or so, the standard of the meals has been maintained. The atmosphere is excellent making for an enjoyable and satisfying meal. Well worth a visit!

Stopped on the off chance. Hadn’t been since August as now living in Cardiff. Was not disappointed. The beef and ale pint was beautiful. Locally sourced beef, slow cooked to perfection. Fantastic service and the owners as always happy to chat. Diolch Dafydd a Lynwen.

This is a lovely pub in a small village. The food is very good, but it’s popular, so make sure you book to avoid disappointment.

Kindest folk run the pub, which is 150 years old apparently in a space that used to be a butcher 400-500 years ago! Great steaks.
