We stopped in at this cafe before returning to Auckland. We ordered breakfast for four. We were not disappointed. The omelettes were freshly made to order and the toast was excellent too. Tea and coffee served with a smile. Water was served in small individual...More

Stopped in for coffee after detouring to see the Hundertwasser "exhibit". Well stocked pastry case. Had a delicious lunch here - everyone in the family was happy! Salmon hash was very good - lots of tasty roast veges, mixed in with salmon. Bacon butty was packed with bacon. We also enjoyed the berry smoothie, waffles, passion fruit slice (tasty looking...More

This cafe is on the corner of the main street in Kawakawa. It has seating outside which is nice on a sunny winter's day when we visited. The food was disappointing: we had sliders - mine was salmon and nicely done but my husband's was...More
