Certainly no pizza restaurant. Lovely dishes with regional products! You can buy some regional products to take home.

We went here for a sunday afternoon lunch, with two small kids, enjoying them on an outside (slighly fenced) terracce. Excellent place, food and friendly crew! For just a pasta, not too expensive, and menu-changes for kids were no problem at all.

An absolutely delicious meal with friends from Norway- an amazing array of antipasti-wafer thin slices of carpaccio with truffles, hand carved prosciutto , creamy buratta and tasty parmigiana followed by a selection of homemade pasta with divine flavours. Couldn't resist the desserts either. Número uno for us with friendly and welcoming staff

Went there with my boyfriend in search of some genuine soul food. We had carpaccio with truffle on top, artichokes(absolutely delicious), followed by two lovely pieces of meat. Everything was pitch perfect, the wine is delicious (definitely worth a trip to Morro d'Alba), and the hosts (the owner and his son) were wonderful, funny too. We spent 60€ which we... More

We stayed at the Shanti house run by their daughter Heidi and she told about the restaurant. We ate our first meal there and never ate anywhere else. Luris is the son and he speaks good english. The food was outstanding. I finally told him I wanted to meet the cook, his mom. I gave her a big hug and... More

If you just walked past the door of El Mago, you would probably think it was a cheap bar. Don't be fooled and go in. Here you will eat the most incredible home made family local cooking. Make sure you go in the hunting season: game is a house speciality. The pasta is all home made and exceptional. In the... More

Don't be fooled by the small town location and simple decor, this is a superb little ristorante. Family run with an unpretentious menu typical of the La Marche region, seemingly full of locals many nights. Simple food done right. We visited in spring 2013 and were served by the son of the owner, who spoke English fluently and gave us... More

Great meals and drinks, good service and a 10% discount if you take a room in albergo Shantihouse! Only 15km from the sea and 20km from the airport of Ancona (with Ryanair), good for a weekend out or more, a perfect deal (+1 like on ebay)
