This place is somewhat hidden, but when you arrive - it is worth the effort! The food is good, not fantastic - but it has a home made character that adds on to the good ambiance. Great for families, the children can play outside while you wait for the food - and du too the view - the playground alone... More

Exelent food! Nice place with a view! Very good food and beer from the lokal farms, brewers and sea. I had a very good 3 dish with soup, meat and cake. Absoluley recomended. But we didnt get exactly what we ordered, the spice butter was just butter and they forgot 1 drink and the wait for the food was a... More

Excellent restaurant located on the top of the peninsula with fantastic view to the surroundings. Food was really excellent and comes with a good selection of locally brewed beers.

Oyna is the type of restaurant you hope to find but rarely do: perfectly located on a mountain (where a famous Norwegian poet used to live according to the owner) with stunning view of the surroundings and sea, the building an accomplished modern interpretation of local architecture that has been thoughtfully decorated resulting in a cosy atmosphere, the service very... If you are in this area and you are tired of dreadful eating along norwegian roads you MUST pass by this very nice place up in the hills above the small village Straumen. There is a lot of things to do in the area. We only went for the eating, delicate and juicy burgers made of local meat, and cheese... More

We had a really great 3 course dinner, which ended with the best Carrot cake I have ever had. The service was excellent, and the view magnificent.

The view is excellent and the food at Øyna is local, well presented and very tasty. However, service is limited to "bringing the food" which is a big let down. Asking for tips up front at the counter (please enter the total amount) is a shameful Norwegian tradition that Øyna sadly is not alone in practicing.

Amazing view over Inderøy. Ok food and charming service. Best in town. Try out local specialities, like cheese and beer from the local micro brewery. Splendid location for special arrangements.

One of the most beaiutiful views from a restaurant anywhere, easily accessed by car but needs some planning of you want to visit by other means. Varied and good rooms, very nice and friendly staff who seemed to care for you. Food is as others say here not quite up to expectations, which is a little sad since it's billed... More
