My husband is a discerning pizza lover but he loved our pizza at Gallardo’s. We had a soprano topping which was delicious. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and we really appreciated the owner’s care in the presentation of our pizza.

Had such a good experience at Gallardo's with my family. The food was amazing and the service was so friendly. Easily one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever tried, will definitely be going back.
Whilst staying in the area for a wedding we visited Gallardo's Pizzeria!! It was an unexpected delight. My wife is Coeliac and can not consume gluten. The team not only cater for that but they were fast, friendly with the a positive attitude. Nothing was...too hard or a problem for the team there. They met us with a vast choice of different pizza's and toppings with knowledge of product insuring no cross contamination of gluten containing ingredients. They where some of the best pizzas we have ever had. Defiantly would recommend visiting them when in the area for a great experience and a fantastic meal.More
One of the best peri peri pizzas I have ever had. And when you get great service with that well cooked pizza, it's like cherry on the top.
I'd been meaning to try to pizzas here for at least 6 months based on this site's reviews. Meanwhile though, I'd also asked a colleague who lives in the 'Burgh if Gallardo's lived up to the hype for their pizzas. He told me straight up...it definitely didn't. Regardless, I had the opportunity to stop by and get a pizza to check it out for myself. First off, it's definitely a pleasant enough pizza shop, super friendly staff and prompt service. However, when I saw a conveyor belt pizza oven was used, I started having some doubts. I'm my many years of being a pizza 'enthusiast' I've never seen truly remarkable pizzas come from this method of cooking, certainly not going to get a gas oven type result. Sure enough when I got try my pizza I found it simply wasn't what I'd refer to as a compelling 'takeaway pizza'. The crust was quite bland and not airy (or a great 'crumb') as was the cheese used. The pizza was also a little overcooked looking in general. All in all, if I was to summarise, essentially it's a really generic suburban Aussie takeaway pizza. Comparatively, there are a couple of small takeaway style pizza chains in and around Sydney that are a long ways ahead in taste. I guess if this is your only 'pizza reference point' as a local then you may well find this pizza fits the bill.More
