We LOVE Max's Conch Bar! It never disappoints! Although it is small, Max's is full of fun memories! Close to Deadman's Cay airport, Max's Conch Bar is a must going to or coming from Long Island

We had the best food on long island here. The conch fritters and cracked conch were delicious. The plantains and mac & cheese were delicious as well. Met a nice old lady who shared her life story with us. Also, Max represents Stellers Nation! Go...More
Every place on Long Island has it's own recipe for Conch Salad. Max's was my personal favorite: locally grown onion, peppers, and oranges flavored this fresh conch salad. Highly recommend!
The conch salad is the best and good drinks. The conch burger was very good and the price is reasonable.

The staff are very efficient and friendly; the conch salad is fabulous. Grouper fingers and potato salad really good as well. Good place to stop for a quick bite to eat, just south of the Deadman's Cay airport. Closed Sundays.
