So my first time in Trinidad, our tour guide Zairee took us here while at Maracas Beach. The lines were long, which is a good sign. I was reluctant to try, but it was really good. Lines move quickly and the food was tasty!

This is our first time here. I can't express in words how delicious the bake and shark is. It is fried and seasoned to perfection and absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back here.

This is the only hut we go to for Bake and Shark. It’s always hot and we have never had a bad one. The dressings are amazing, the salad is always fresh and doesn’t look stale. All the best to this establishment!

Yes, it's possible. Takes about an hour and change to get there. An hour back. say you spend an hour at Maracas, you still have a 2 hour buffer. Immigration at Piarco can take an hour or more though, so keep that in mind... More
