Dropped in for afternoon tea after a misty walk in the Western Tiers. The dining room was busy and warm, the staff very pleasant and the special of the day - raspberry hazelnut, choc brownie with raspberries - sauce, fresh, and dried! - was magnificent - not too sweet with whole and chunks of hazelnut in a pleasantly gooey chocolaty... We stopped for morning coffee - But did not eat again until evening. The meals are very large, beautifully presented and taste even better. The "toast" and "pancakes" are both full size meals. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the staff efficient and friendly.

Awesome fresh raspberries to gorge on, make sorbet & jam plus a good selection of raspberry products. I bought raspberry vinaigette....yum with Hazelnut oil.

Was disappointed to arrive just a little too late for dinner but enjoyed a yummy ice cream and booked in for breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff and a nice setting combined with delicious food and drink made for a wonderful breakfast stop. Would recommend!

Nice place to stop for lunch or afternoon tea. Homemade soups and quite a nice savoury menu, lots of desserts and of course licensed, I had bubbly with added raspberries. Good for small couples or functions, prices are not for the cheap scape but not over the top either. Very pleasant.

On a rainy day we called in for lunch. The restaurant was very busy but plenty of staff had it all under control. Lots of tantalising menu options with some interesting twists. We can recommend the chicken burger and the lamb wrap. Be sure you leave room for dessert. A delicious selection with raspberry touches. The raspberry cheesecake and the... More

This place has the most amazing menu items. We dropped in for breakfast to be told that they had just picked fresh raspberries & they were amazing in each of our dishes. We went back later & had a Devonshire tea with oodles of raspberry jam & superb double cream.

Located just off the Bass Highway, some 18km southeast of Devonport, this popular place serves up a selection of sweet and savoury dishes from 7.00 to 17.00, to either eat in or take away. Produce is sourced both locally and on-site. Dine onsite and you can chose between the rustic indoor room with its large, cheerful fireplace or the gardens,... More

There are many options on the menu here, and coupled with the gorgeous property, lovely service and relaxing vibe, it makes it one of our favourite places in Tasmania to visit. Excellent coffee, and bonus points for the coconut yoghurt!
