I love Agios Nikolaos village, especially cosy on summer weekends, when one can enjoy music and locals dancing sirtaki on the main “square” (not this year unfortunayely, due to the C19 situation). the tavern is situated in a small square where in friday evenings a local band is playing traditional greek music. you can eat a variety of greek traditional food and local wines. we had some lamb on spit but it was cold and not very...tasty. instead live music was excellent.More
The staff was nice and the prices are really cheaper compared to the others villages on the shore. Food is very nice, but the sea food choice is limited.
We tasted 6 different food here, meat in the mousaka was tasteless, calamari and ribs also, the letter was greasy. Sausage, tzatziki and burger was tasty. The extra icecream (on the house) was a nice gesture. Free WiFi, card is accepted.
I visited this place for many times over the years and I was never disappointed coming back. This place evolved over time getting one of the most popular places in the area, due to the good management, good stuff and nice treat. At a glance...this crowded terrace looks hectic and a mess, but once sited at the table you are served incredible fast and always listened with patience and a smile. (Chapeau & keep it like that!) If you come in weekends make a reservation in advance, you will not find a table! The list contains Greek cuisine - including grilled lamb and pork - but what I recommend is the Mousaka, the grilled Feta cheese and the best fried aubergines and/or courgettes you can get!More
The place is loved among the locals which was the reason to give it a try. We chose a night when there were celebrations (check with the tavern when they will have the music night on the square). The tavern is situated on a square...next to few other taverns. There is enough space for the kids to run and play around. Very nice appetizers , the best tzatziki we have had in the region, perfect fried aubergine. We ordered the the roasted pork and lamb (on a spit). Not mind blowing but very very nice. Prices are really good especially in comparison with the food quality of the food and service. It was a rainy evening and the staff put up the huge umbrellas where we were completely protected. So, reserve well in advance,ask for a table near the square and enjoy a typical Greek evening.More
Inside the tipical Greek 'agora', this taverna is all you need for an authentic Greek dinner. The tables are in open space, the Service is always gentle, the foods are a sure choose. Souvlaki with chicken or pork are tasty, tsatziky is super. Prices are...'greek old style'.More

Perfect restaurant in center, excellent food, very good greek food and seafood, dessert from part of house. Prices very good (for 8 persons we payed only 130 euro !!!). Food are very wuickly served, friendly personal. We recommend for one nice lunch or dinner !!!...Enjoy !!!More
