A busy Monday lunch. Groups meeting before Christmas and many locals. However after ordering and paying at the bar, the service was prompt and the food all arrived at the same time. The steak sandwiches were huge and excellent. The salt and pepper squid was...also a generous serve and fresh and crisp. No ‘gluggy’ batter. Great job!More

A very smart and popular place - very warm with no aircon. My sweet potato chips with aioli was great. BUT, the pumpkin arancini were weird. Cut through they were white all the way through - no hint of pumpkin colour. The texture was gluggy...- if this was rice, it had been cooked to death and was completely broken down. Not sure if it was meant to be "pumpkin" instead of rice - then, no. Or was it meant to have a filling of pumpkin inside the...rice(?), then, no.More

We held a work function with approximately 100 people at the river bar. During the whole planning process, Melissa and Taylor were very helpful and accommodating, which made the event easy to plan. We had the whole upstairs area to ourselves and our own bar...which was a nice bonus. The canapes were delicious and huge! The event area was stunning, with a large balcony overlooking the river. The Left Bank were able to accommodate all of our needs and requests. I would 100% recommend this venue for any events.More

Been a while since a visit to the iconic Left Bank and it was a pleasant experience in this well located pub with Swan river views. Lunch for 4 inside wasn’t a problem ( too windy outside) and we settled for a share plate of...arancini to start along with a couple of glasses of Prosseco and a choice from the wide range of beers on tap? The Arancini was excellent infused with pumpkin and a tasty tomato sauce as we waited fro our mains. The squid was well received as was the steak sandwich while the grilled barramundi brought rave reviews and the the cheese burger with additional egg and bacon was excellent! Good solid pub fare leaving no one hungry! Service was a little hit and miss but on the day didn’t seem disruptive. An enjoyable lunchtime experience.More

I visited the Left Bank for a meal and a drink with family on the weekend for our first outing with our brother since his accident. We were looking forward to having a nice evening as this was the first time he was able to...leave hospital for the day in two months. However, we were appalled with the arrogance of the bar tender, Blake who appeared to be a manager. He was abrupt and insensitive when we informed him that our brother felt nauseous due to his medication. We were rudely instructed to leave because of this. Will are very disappointed at the lack of compassion and understanding. We will not be returning.More

Simple and yummy pub grub, with the best views in Fremantle. Staff are super friendly and we love every visit to The Left Bank. Cant wait until they bring back their specials nights. Steak night is our favourite!

This is one of my favourites in Freo as it's right in the water and is perfect on a warm day. Food was really good, beers really cold and fantastic service. Highly recommend especially now things are opening up more.

Got a beer and a wine. Barmaid spilled the wine and became very frosty towards me... No idea why... Quite unusual behaviour.

The Lefty is a perfect spot to sit in the shade on a hot balmy day and enjoy a cold one. And to add to your day the food in generally tasty and excellent value for money.
