I ordered take away and when taking it out of the plastic bag 100's of ants were climbing all over the papadams. Luckily the other dishes were fine. When I notified Ameer about this, they informed me that the papadams were complimentary- I suppose so...were the ants. Poor show Ameer.More

My Partner, his mum and I went to dinner here, we 've been a few times and it's always delicious! The staff are always friendly and anything you ask isn't too much trouble. We usually order the set menu's A or B depending on who...is with us (check the photos this was set menu B for 3 people). In fact their Butter Chicken is our benchmark for anywhere else we might have Indian! The serving size looks small but in fact is more than you will need, along with rice and naan! The naan is always light and fluffy and great to scoop the curries into your mouth so you get a delicious burst of all the flavours at once! Medium cost but for what you get great value for money! We will keep coming back here!More

Always try and eat at an Indian restaurant when I’m travelling. This was closest and recommended as ‘good’. VERY disappointing had the samosas and tandoori chicken starters, both completely lacking in flavour and with almost non-existent curry overtones, with the samosas could have been eating...plain mashed potato’s. The vindaloo main similarly very one dimensional and boring. If you want an Indian meal with any flavour avoid this place.More

It was a cold night and we felt like some Indian! Not only was it some of the best Indian food I have ever had, it was some of the best that all 3 of have had! Only problem I had was it was my...last night that I found this place! If I found it earlier I would of been more times!More

Visited here solo on a weeknight, arrived just before evening rush and was served promptly. Service was serviceable, food was tasty, above average Australianized Indian. Portions are generous. Homey family atmosphere draws many locals (including some Indians, a good sign) and they have a thriving...carryout business as well. Recommended for a casual Indian feed. No alcohol license but does have BYOB.More

We have eaten here and there is a good range of Indian food and the service is excellent. The last 2 times have been from the take away menu. There is a large range of choices for both omnivores and vegetarians. The chicken dishes have...always been excellent with a range of heat from mild to vindaloo style heat. The vegetarian selections are very good and flavoursome.More
