As a regular diner at Weeping Thaiger, I recommend it very highly. The food is just excellent! Each dish is very well flavoured and freshly cooked to your taste -mild to spicy. If you can't decide on a starter... have 'The selection of starters' which is divine and accompanied by three delicious dipping sauces. It is difficult to select a... More

Ordered take out fro this Thai and was extremely disappointed with it. The soups we ordered as starters were not correct with chicken in the vegetarian option. Hubby and daughter both had green curry which lacked any flavour. I ordered Red curry and can only assume they quickly whipped it up from a powder mix as it was gluggy and... More

By far the nicest place to eat in carlow. Food is served very quick and is very tasty and also very reasonably priced.

This place has become my favourite place to order food from in Carlow. Staff are friendly, especially the guy with dark hair, though unfortunately I didn't catch his name. My partner and I love ordering their tai green curry and I love ordering it with their tai noodles, so so good, or else their pad tai, just yum! Also recently... More

We went to Weeping Tiger for a dinner on a monday night. I expected the it will not be busy but it was very quiet. There is basically no decor in it and you deffinately dont feel warm and cosy. We ordered Thai Chicken soup for started which was thin with bay leaves and lemon grass floating in it. It... More

Myself and a friend went for early evening meal. We shared a starter platter which we found very dry, accompanied by few dips which were ok. My main was a nice curry but my friend had a beef dish which was too salty and tough. We had a nice glass of house wine to accompany our meal..

We visited the Weeping Thaiger on the 5th July for my birthday, we were a group of five adults and one child. The booking was made by my sister who had researched online what early birds or special offers were available in Carlow that evening. I arrived ahead with my daughter, to an empty restaurant (we can understand why now),... More

Wasn't a lover of the food here, infact I never finished my main course which is very rare for me because it wasn't nice at all. One thing I did enjoy thoroughly wad the sweetcorn balls. Amazing!
