My family and I ate dinner at La Grange during a quick weekend getaway to Verbier. The only remarkable thing about the evening was the price of the meal (well, no surprise there as it's Verbier). While the décor is your typical Swiss vieux bois that is pretty, the food really wasn't. We ordered the tuna tataki, prawns and buffala... More

Four of us had dinner on saturday night at La Grange. In a word, the dinner and all accompanying it were SUPERB. Between us, we have some 50+ years of dining in Verbier and this was OUR BEST OVERALL MEAL EVER! We were greeted warmly with staff taking our jackets and seating us at our window, candlelighted table. Bread, water,... More

On the whole quite nice on the whole traditional food, the Brasserie/Cheese side of the place is more fun. Good service, regular customers :local and tourists alike.

we were a party of 10 ,we pre booked the gastronomy menu a few weeks prior after reading reviews. this was supposed to be the top restaurant in Verbier. the waiters were friendly and first impressions were good. we ordered starters and main course and a few bottles of wine ,unfortunately the grilled prawn starter was raw and had to... We ate in the brasserie section and had a wonderful dinner. I had the herbed coquelet which was delicious, my kids couldn't get enough of it, when I made the mistake of letting them taste it. Service was friendly and efficient. Nice varied menu. Thanks to our hotel for recommending this little gem.

We booked the early seating (7pm) for the Brasserie; the more expensive Gastronomique side of the restaurant is another thing entirely but we did not try it. The Brasserie is about as expensive as basically even the humblest restaurant in this very expensive ski town but we found the food to be higher quality and more varied. They actually offered... This restaurant offers two kind of services : a brasserie service (at 7pm and at 9:30pm) and the gastronomic restaurant. In fact, this is the same space. On the right side, there is the brasserie and at the left side, there is the gastronomic service. When you eat at the gastronomic side, you can smell all the evening the raclette... More

Very traditional wood lined restaurant which we initially thought would be a bit staid. But the atmosphere was very lively and the staff cheery and helpful and very forgiving of our poor French! Snails were delicious as was a huge mozzarella salad. Mains were equally tasty (and in fact I was able to downsize my order as starter was so... More

We had a lovely dinner there, and i strongly recommend the mustard fillet. Proper time for dinner on this restaurant is around 20:00. It is slightly expensive, but not to the extend that you will feel robbed as the quality food and service reimburse you. The only funny thing that i sincerely never understood is why during the night of... More
