I had the ‘knuckle’ or Ham Hock as I would call it. It was great and full of flavour. The beer was also good and plentiful! Staff service was also great! Will defiantly go back.

This seemed to be a decent place, busy but not packed. We got started with drinks to cool down. Starters and main course came in good time. Though the servers had to walk a long way in to the restaurant and back, they were polite.
Good food, some local specials, good self brewed beer, especially in summer sitting outside and watch the area. Best thing to eat for me : fallkuchen with esparagus, and try the beer . really recomment

The overall experience was nice. Close to the castle, the location offers a nice ambience which is completed by a great brewery-styled interior. Food and waiting times were also in check. -1 point due to the kind of rude behavior of the otherwise professional waiter.
