It was quiet when I called in for a weekday lunch. I made myself comfortable with the menu and some water, while I made up my mind. Just walked past looking for somewhere to have lunch and was taken by the smell of beautiful food. Service was friendly and the food was awesome, accompanied by a perfect glass of sav blanc

Nice but plain ambiance, excellent service and very good meals. The Naan was hot and crispy the chicken madras excellent and the lamb spinach very good. Meat was succulent and in a sauces that did not smother it

This is by far my favorite Indian restaurant. The food is beyond delicious (I recommend the Special Delhi Samosa Chaat), and extremely reasonably priced! I would have this every night if I could - thank you 3 Brothers Indian!!!

Waste of money" is a good way to sum up this place. Let me paint you a picture. You order a Vegetable korma - you get 90% peanut sauce and 10% vegetable. You order a Veg Biryani - you get about 85% rice soaked in...sickly oil with saffron and 15% vegetables. You order a chickpea curry and you basically get a container full of chickpeas which are so hard they're inedible. You order a Vegetable platter and a 1/4 of the dish is a pile of plain onion cooked and dumped on the foil platter, with the whole mess soaked in half a bottle of sugary sweet chilli sauce. All of their dishes leave you feeling ripped off, bloated and unhealthy. They claim they're the "Best Indian Restaurant in Melbourne". What a joke. The sticky floor when you walk in the shop tells you all you need to know about their cleanliness. Haveli Indian restaurant in Doncaster are so much better than this dive it's embarassing. Do yourself a favour, keep driving to A25 Pizza in South Yarra - anywhere is better than this place!More
