If you want to eat and drink in a small very friendly French restaurant in Tignes V C then you should head straight for Le Cameleon. I have frequented this small restaurant in Tignes V C when skiing there, on a daily basis for a good number of years and it is simply the best! The staff and the locals... More

We ate at Le Cameleon three times during our recent stay in Tignes. The restaurant is very conveniently located at the bottom of the Tufs chairlift at the rendezvous point for the ski schools. The food is well presented with good portion sizes and most importantly tasted great. The ladies running the restaurant are very friendly. Will definitely come back... More

Had a couple of meals here due to the convenient location and they got it wrong both times. The food was not what we ordered and the pizza was cold in the middle. Had to send it back 3 times to the point it was burned on the outside and they still served it. Not happy, would avoid if ever... More

Visited for lunch during skiing. Has indoor seating, free wifi, WC and a good choice of drinks, snacks, meals and desserts on the menu. I had a large portion of home made lasagne with salad for €12 and hot chocolate for €3.80. Lasagne was delicious. My boyfriend had a home made burger which came with chips and salad and a... More

Le Cameleon has always been good, both at lunch times and in the evening, but now with a refurbished interior and and a revamped menus it is superb. The lunchtime menu is very flexible with snacks and more filling dishes while the dinner menu features an extensive range of regional and international favourites. As always the service is very friendly... More

This is one of those lasting regular places which serves a relatively wide choice of 'fuel' food for lunchtimes mid ski-day :) usually a friendly face from the serving staff and food, while never complex, does the job when you need stocking up for the afternoon's exertions- we always go at least once on trips skiing to Tignes

So: you've been out on the slopes since the lifts opened, making the most of the fabulous Espace Killy, and now it's lunchtime and you're ravenous. The sun is shining as you skid to a halt just by the Tufs chairlift and you think, well, there are several places to eat here but let's try Le Cameleon, it looks ok.... More
