Booking a table is worth the wait, you will never be disappointed by the inventiveness of the Chef. This time it was mussels as a starter, lobster as main course and sweet beets with lime and ginger as dessert. All the other guests were also delighted with their choices.

The best in Pontoise. We went to lunch at L'Or Q'Idée because the restaurant we had chosen was closed due to lack of electricity. The service is impeccable and the food refined and excellent: cod, quail and beef; not to mention the starters and desserts. The wine list is impressive, especially Burgundy; as we were with a Bordeaux resident we chose a Saint-Emilion and we were not disappointed. Although the prices of the dishes are expensive, the bill is quite correct because the prices are uniform without surprise (the wine and aperitifs are completely reasonable). Well done to the Chef who we complimented. We will come back !

A magnificent setting
Extraordinary staff, I've never seen them anywhere else in a gastronomic restaurant, they are all adorable, we feel good in this restaurant, everything is set up to please us and it's done naturally
The meal is fabulous, a real treat for the taste buds, the tasting menu is just a magical moment, the chef is a great artist, we experienced an enchanted interlude
The chef went around the tables and I found her incredibly nice, she is a very nice person with whom we can chat with complete simplicity.
If you want to take a wonderful culinary journey, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

First starred for my brother and me, we took the tasting menu, really tasty. Each of the 6 dishes was incredible, all with as many different flavors as the others... As for the dining room, the servers were very friendly, the cozy and comfortable place put us in a good condition suitable for tasting. The kitchen with a bay window is very pretty.
And, the icing on the cake (that's fair to say), the chef gave my grandmother a little chat and a photo that she will never forget.
A great experience and a good time with the family, what more could you ask for?
(Also, I thank the waiters for playing the game discreetly by adding a candle to my grandmother's last dessert for her 70th birthday).

Very warm and welcoming service. The food is perfect, tastes are precise, ingredients are not fancy for the sake of fancyness, but well cooked and put together. Blue cheese made like a cheesecake was outstanding. Wine was paired with each course very wisely. Some of the wines were not known to me, I would describe them as jewels!

Visits to L'or Q'idea are too far apart for our taste, but that's the price of success for this star-studded haunt of gastronomy in Val d'Oise. This is the beginning of a brand new menu, where the creativity and invention of Naouelle d'Hainaut explode in a fireworks display of colors, flavors, and mixtures, each more exceptional than the last. Welcome, service always at the top, and prices which remain reasonable for this level of quality.

An excellent choice outside of Paris. The young chef won a competition when she was even younger. Our table of six ordered the chef’s menu and it was outstanding. Of the hundreds of restaurants, I have enjoyed – only 2 other restaurants rank with this one: Launceston in London, and Lilac in Tampa. The presentation was artistic and the progression of flavors was “inspired.” Thanks to friends in Bouffemont we were taken to the restaurant. When I get back to Paris, I will make the trip to this restaurant.

Nice terrace meal. The savoury dishes still very good but big lack of taste for dessert based on peanuts in the middle of July when it is 30°c. Indigestible too. I was disturbed all night. In the middle of fruit season it's unthinkable.

The welcome and thoughtfulness is always present, but it is not in the service whatever... a young woman who we do not understand, when she recites her text without emotion, like a robot. I will look for the lack of renewal of the tasting menu.

Refined, this best describes this restaurant. I'd heard about it before but had never been, so this was my first time there
It's owned and run by one of the participants in Top Chef a television program here in France though I believe that it exists in other countries
The restaurant is simple but refined, modern and comfortable, the tables are widely spaced so nice and quiet
All the staff are quite young, early thirties, their friendly, not snobbish, very professional and do their jobs extremely well, explaining details about the meals already making the meal and drinks nice before you even taste it
All the meals were nicely presented and extremely good, light and after tasting, simply lovely
One thing that I liked is that the restaurant has done the decorating with taste, using materials so that the sounds are 'deadened' so that you don't have to shout to be heard and you don't hear the neighbours either. This makes a nice change and is to be appreciated.
Everything was lovely, the kitchen can be seen from the main room, so you can see the young chef working, and she is young for such a good meal
This is a very popular restaurant, you will have to book, and in advance so be warned
This has to be easily the best restaurant in Pontoise, food, service, settings 5/5

Visited as part of business lunch and what a nice restaurant with delicious food. The main language was French but I manager to order anyway, the meat with the gravy was perfect, the bread fresh so all good. definitely the effort to search for this restaurant, beautiful city center and very good to set the atmosphere! Just go!
