We were in Ios this Easter and as it happens usually in Greece on Sunday we eat meat. We have been advised to search near the port. Through my experience on this day usually if you eat on a tavern especially on an island things are not good...but here I was surprised from everything. First of all to mention that... More

The lamb souvlaki was interesting, the boiled vegetables salad was unacceptable. Overpiced and small, not very good combination of tastes, like greek salad with boiled potatoes. Need to try harder

we came by our speed boat from Santorini to enjoy the beautiful and quiet beaches of Ios island. And for lunch we decided to visit the port of Ios. As soon we got of the boat, we wonder around the port and discover a lovely greek restaurant aking souvlaki and many other greek tasty dishes. Everything was tasteful at good... More

Prices were fair (the portions are big), and service was friendly. My partner enjoyed his pork souvlaki but my lamb souvlaki was over cooked and barely edible. Half of the two sticks (didn't even bother with the third) were inedible - mostly fat, and the small amount of meat on each stick was very tough. Sorry that I'm posting a... More

Perfect little place to have lunch right by the port. We always choose places that are popular with locals and this seemed busy! Food was very tasty and service was good - great value for money too!

Called in for tea. Quite busy earlyish Saturday evening despite it being mid October. Chose the lamb kebab. A ouple of bits were a little chewy but otherwise the rest was delicious - and plentiful

The souvlaki with gyro is great. The rest of the food is sort of ok. This is the typical greek fast food place.

We ordered two souvlaki and one salad. The salad costed 6 euros, expensive considered the low taxes on greek islands (9% only). I understand that it is a tourist place, but that does not mean that everything has to be so expensive. The french fries were not fresh cut. Nevertheless, it is next to the port and the sea and... Used to be a fish and seafood restaurant before. Now they offer Greek fast food like pita soublaki, gyros, salads, french fries (not fresh cut) and so on. They do have a great variety of food either you feel like take away or sit and enjoy the big piazza life. Compared to other soublaki restaurants all around Greece, its not... More
