My friend from Viareggio took us here for our last dinner of vacation. We had the best fish soup in town, followed by a very tasty pasta with seafood and fresh sea bass with truffle. The atmosphere was enchanting and the sunset view amazing.

We love this place. Ate at the restaurant and the servuce and food was impeccable! Loved everything. So nice to finally go somewhere chic in viareggio but not outrageous in price. Thank you so much. We will be coming back

Firstly, let me say the food was fine - not outstanding, but fine. The problem for me was the restaurant decor, and the background music...it's done up like a Polynesian beach bar, and the music was Eminem, some rap groups, and not in keeping at...all with the food OR the clientele! There were three couples aged over 70 in there, and we are no spring chickens, and even the younger couples were looking a little surprised by the music. Maybe a makeover, for both the decor and the CD collection!More

Nice restaurant on the beach. Exellent quality and moderate price. Wine cart is perfect. All kinds of pasta are also perfect. When I am in Viareggio every time I have a lunch and dinner here.

This restaurant is right on the beach, food is ok but the service and attention given from the personnel specially the butler is just wonderful it makes the experience all worth it Views atmosphere and presentation are just amazing Highly recommended!!

I like the Principino's atmosphere for romantic meals or with good friends, but the whole experience manages to make even work lunches/dinners feel restorative. Equally welcoming during high or low season. Dining indoors is usually a slightly more dressy affair, but it's equally lovely to...sit on the large patio and gaze at the sea. Quality/value ratio is very high, I tend to order their specials (the chef seems to know what he's doing) or the fritto misto di pesce.More
