Fresh seafood, fun menu, great care by the waiters and outstanding wine list. Just a few meters from the sea, this beautiful cozy restaurant offers all you could ask for during a summer night in Tuscany.

We ate at this restaurant last year and we’re quite satisfied. This year one of the waiters was unfriendly and two helpings of “fritto misto” we’re totally different for quality and quantity. Not going back!
Nice restaurant right on the beach. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Staff speaks perfect English and very helpful fir you menu choice. The menu is not very extensive. The food is good and of reasonable quantity.
Bad food, very very expensive with a nice view!!! Tourist trap...even the offered dessert when they noticed how bad they were didn't help!
I come to San Vincenzo every Summer and this was our first experience in this restaurant. In a nutshell... Location: great sunset view Service: corteous but a bit amateurial Food: apetizers were nothing special, mains below average, e.g. terrible linguine al riccio and nice seafood...risotto, good spigola (fish of the day). We did not try the desserts Price: worth the locationMore
In a sunny day we seat on the terrace right in front of the sea. What follows is a great lunch based on seafood... an anchovies’ cake with ginger notes, a fish soup as beautiful as tasty, the palamita with orange sauce and artichokes, a...creme brûlée playing again with ginger. Everything just perfect. Recommended.More
We had a great meal here with the family. Although it's more suited to couples they made us very welcome. It's off the beaten track outside of the town but well worth it.
We really enjoyed our visit to La Lanterna and I would highly recommend it as a place to eat. The restaurant specialises is seafood, and each dish is cooked to perfection. The view from the restaurant out to sea at sunset is also very good...and adds to the atmosphere of the place. The staff were very friendly too. I felt the price of the food and wine was very reasonable.More
The view next to the sea is marvellous and the whole restaurant looks fresh. The restaurant is specialized in fish and other frutti di mare. The restaurant only has menus in Italian and the servants don't speak English so much. We had two antipastis and...none was good or worth the price, we ate some kind of fish tartars and a soufflé. The main courses were good - large tuna steak with salad and calamares and shrimps with very good potatoes thinly sliced and fried. The tiramisu was excellent and the banana/strawberry semifreddo ok. The sommelier recommended a white wine without asking what we were going to eat. It had a nice taste but I can't say it matched the food.More
The food and service was nothing special. The apritizers where looking good but didn't taste anything, the main courses was good. The desserts were ok. All dishes were overpriced.
My family and I were staying in the nearby campsite called Parc Albatross and wanted to get out to have a 'proper' local Italian dinner. We chose this establishment and were not disappointed, upon entry is has a classy, cool seaside feel to it. The...dishes that we had were divine. Mine was a seafood pasta dishes made with a typical Toscana pasta and flavoured beautifully. My wife had something nice too as did the children. The wine was great as was the service and to top it all off we had a seaside seat overlooking the beach allowing us to watch the sun slowly slip into the water. I can't recommend this place enough.More
Looking for top quality seafood restaurant in best surroundings at the seaside? You will have it there! It does not come for cheap but certainly best value for money considering the quality! Cod fish carpaccio, tuna tartare, followed by the catch of the day served...for two: dorade (in French) prepared the Tuscany way, baked in the oven with olives, thyme, small tomates and slices potatoes. And to "wash it down in style", the best white wine of the region, the Paleo (Eur 38.-- the bottle, close to Pouilly Fumé in taste...). Not cheap but considering the quality of the food and wine...Just fantastic! All this including wine for EUR170.-, inclusive of Eur 7.50 for the tip. It is a true experience. Reserve in advance and request a table at the sea front!More
We arrived a little bit late from a city trip to Florence and when we entered the restaurant was quite busy. After some conversations between the staff they managed to get us a table. The ocean view in this restaurant is spectacular. Looking at the...menu it a restaurant specialised in sea food. One of our group was not really a seafood lover, but they were able to arrange a nice streak dish. Every thing from the starters to dessert was amazing. The catch of the day was a whole fish, I forgot the name but it was delicious. It was prepared at the table and it came with vegetable and the best fresh made fried potatoes I've had in a very long time. The staff was very friendly and professional and the chef came into the restaurant a few times to check if everything was alright. I would recommend this restaurant if you are close to San Vincento.More

If you want a super relaxed evening with great food we can for sure recommend this restaurantMore
Nice atmosphere, good service, great food, on the beach. Decided to go with one of their specialty beers instead of wine with our seafood which was delicious.
