We enjoyed dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. Service is great and so is the food. Just a little minus is for the light. The lamps look fine but are dazzling.

Quality of food and service remains spot on and very worthy of its star. Waiting and kitchen teams all very friendly and proud of what they do. Wine cellar with accomplish cheese and cured meats is amazing and worth a separate trip. One of largest cellars n Italy. Almost very impressive chocolate room.

Went there last week with a couple of friends, the dinner and experience were just fantastic. The dishes along with the wines were absolutely incredible, as well as presentation and the feeling "at home" we had during the dinner. On top very competent maitre. We had a a great evening at La Siriola. Amazing tasting menus all around, great wine, and visits to both the wine and cheese cellar and the chocolate room.

La Siriola is the top range restaurant of the Ciasa Salares hotel, a unique location within the higher end of Badia Valley, surrounded by woods and facing the massif of the Conturines mountains. The mix of nature wilderness and refinement of the place is in itself an experience. The menu ha a great range of choices but every time I... More

This restaurant is a lot of fun for a serious food restaurant. I had one of the best risottos ever, cooked in almond milk with speck and fried nettles. The service was terrific and the sommelier, in particular was very warm and engaging. His invitation to the chocolate room was tantalising where we were treated to mint ice-cream iceblocks covered... Very very good, friendly service. Wide range of five course taster menus plus a full on ten course. Biggest and best additional cheese course available from dedicated cheese room. Great combination of local and international ingredients unashamedly striving for the best. Good level of innovation but not over the top. Also amazing cocktails and wine. Thorough recommend and on list... More
