Herbe, in Reggio Emilia, is a very welcoming place, where you really feel like you're in a nursery and where the kids take care of you, your health and the total pleasure of taste and smell. Their cuisine is really very good and tasty: a caress for body and spirit! I am omnivorous, but I assure you that everyone likes Herbe's dishes, they are exquisite, full of care and inventiveness, of love and experience. The menus change often, following seasonality, but their strong dishes are almost always there. The portions are generous and the prices are absolutely accessible to everyone and for this reason I assure you that the quality/price ratio is very high!!!! The choice of wines, herbal teas, aromatic coffees (all organic) is spot on! Come in and let yourself be transported and you will live a mystical experience, dare I say! You will come out really satisfied.

Very friendly service who found us a table even if the restaurant was fully booked that evening. This was my first vegan restaurant: it is impossible to tell the difference. Vegan Ricotta etc every plate was a perfect combination of local 0km food with an excellent taste. The service is efficient, friendly and helping customers with their choices.
We do recommend Herbe as a place to eat when being in Reggio

Wow just amazing vegan food, absolutely delicious and filling. So nice to get some wheat free options too like spelt shortbread. Just need the cookery book to come out now. Everything the 4 of us had was delicious and not expensive at all for the quality and the red wine we had for 26 euros was stunning. Restaurant was busy but didn't feel noisy at all so we could chat away and Lola? The waitress was super efficient. I think the doozy water was free so extra special. Thanks for a beautiful evening last Friday xx

This little restaurant, in the center of Reggio Emilia, is run by young locals. Each dish is prepared by a young chef who is very attentive to the final taste of his preparations, with delicate and traditional flavours. Despite not being vegan or completely vegetarian, I must say that we felt comfortable. The former were excellent, the latter also seemed very good. the choice of wines is varied and with no particular price increase. Good price/quality ratio, attentive and kind service, relaxing atmosphere. Very good food. If we end up back in Reggio Emilia, we will most likely also return to Herbè.

We went to Herbe for lunch on a Sunday in February. We only found a seat at 1.45pm, in fact the place doesn't have many tables, but it's better that way!
We are not vegan or vegetarian but we were curious to try the unusual offerings of this restaurant that we had been told well about. in fact there are not many proposals on the menu but they are all very original with an eye towards the East for raw materials and condiments. We tried the truly superb Tempeh, the gnocchi and the "non" risotto equally good. The service was very good and the waiting times were perfect. The level of the peanut dessert with caramel and chocolate is inferior, the choice of wines by the glass is a little poor. Overall, however, an absolutely positive evaluation, we will return and try the other proposals on the menu!

I am a regular customer, I always come back very willingly for the food which is exquisite, expertly created to make you perceive every single ingredient and tell you a story. The environment is extraordinary, a place of peace that instills serenity. The service is exquisite and very professional. They take care of you. Good quality/price ratio.

Exceptional management of textures, flavors and colors of great vegan cuisine.

First experience in a vegan restaurant which will lead me to put it among the first restaurants I will frequent more often in the future!
Modern place that already creates the atmosphere for a dinner based on vegan dishes, perfect lights for a quiet and peaceful environment...
The menu is not extensive, but this guarantees that the dishes served are of a level close to perfection... we chose three dishes and all three dishes left us speechless with their truly surprising flavour!
I was amazed by the flavor of 'between sacred and profane' which I don't know how really leaves a formidable flavor in the mouth which deceives the brain and makes you believe you are eating real Emilian cappelletti!!
And what about dessert, I chose the peanut semifreddo covered in chocolate... well it's the closest thing to Algida's delicious Winner Taco 😍

I have been there several times and every time it is a surprise! The attention to detail, from the table, to the furniture, even to the bathrooms is crazy. The competence and kindness of the staff just as! I always find new flavors, it is always a discovery, and every time I come out more and more excited. I went to Herbe for lunch because I heard great things about it and, what can I say, it exceeded expectations. Although the dishes appear simple in some cases, attention is paid to the smallest details, in particular I really appreciated the starters (Fuà Grà and Tempeh in saor) and the desserts (Babà and peanut semifreddo). The cappelletti are very good and above all really identical to the "real" ones, omnivores appreciate them!

Very nice restaurant on two floors in the center of Reggio Emilia. Excellent welcome from the staff. For me, as a vegetarian, it's a joy to be able to choose freely from the menu. I found the dish with tempeh in saor special and the "don't call it risotto" was also excellent. The Jerusalem artichoke with ricotta is not particularly tasty and the dumplings are excellent.
We didn't try the desserts.
The wine list could be improved in terms of offer, but the quality is there.
I recommend it especially to omnivores, a way to understand that you can also survive with 100% vegetable cuisine

We stayed for lunch one beautiful Saturday in September. The reception was excellent: the staff is amazing, without affection, and knows how to put the guest at ease. The menu is varied, curated and well presented by the person who illustrates it at the table. We chose different courses, exchanging them: they turned out to be really personal and... intriguing. The times of the service are quiet, right: Herbe is certainly not the place to bite into the as it comes and run away.
Not a minor note: the bathroom is shiny, quiet and clean, a quality that helps make a difference.

I went with my partner to this delightful restaurant in the center of Reggio Emilia for the first time and I must say that it was a very pleasant experience! a completely vegetable menu where technique and imagination help you discover that you don't need meat to make excellent cuisine in an area famous for cured meats. small wine list focused on natural and fantastic cocktails and kombucha.
