The food is exquisite, both in taste and presentation. We ordered the lunch "surprise" menu, but limited it as one person did not eat veal, and another did not eat pork. The fish main course was nicely done, though one of our guests said it did not have enough taste, I liked it. In addition to the courses, one is... More

I'll not attempt a step by step review. Just know that this is a wonderful restaurant with friendly, attentive service and food of the highest quality. Make a booking; choose a tasting menu with wines; and you will not be disappointed A truly memorable experience!

Fine dining in all its pomp. Top class restaurant. Eight course tasting menu with wine nearly €200 per head, but occasionally even that expense is worth the money. Ragusa Ibla is remarkable location and the presence of Duomo makes it even more special.

Difficult to judge a two-starred Michelin restaurant when you go at lunch for the fixed menu. Ragusa is not for the faint-hearted if you are driving there. It was getting late and choosing the tasting menu would have been two to three hours extra that we couldn’t afford as we were driving back to our place a few hours away... More

Large church with impressive eighteenth century exterior . We found the interior to be quite 'heavily' decorated.

After reading the reviews we knew we could expect a dining experience like no other. The chef does not speak English and may not feel comfortable greeting foreign guests - he did stop by some tables to greet customers, but only briefly. The staff and service more than made up for this. Our sommelier was particularly fun and knowledgeable. The... More

We stopped in to Duomo during our short visit to Ragusa and they kindly accepted us in for a late lunch on New Year's Eve day despite not having a reservation. This was truly one of the best meals we have ever had and definitely one of the best in Sicily, I only wish I could have had dinner to... More

We ate lunch here on holiday in June. The service was impeccable and we felt cherished by the staff. The food was everything we expected- fantastic flavours - the fish was amazing- and great attention to detail, Go if you get the chance

We enjoyed the two for one deal at dinner, including wine, which we largely enjoyed. The service was fine but a tad too formal and aloof. The room was cosy and the seating and ambiance comfortable The wine was very good(champagne and the three whites) except for the red- not enough body to it and really disappointing. We didn't finish it. Quantity... More

This lovely and almost hidden restaurant is recommended by Michelin and with good reason. We have eaten here a number of times. Once we chose the taster menu for a special occasion. The chef and his staff are very welcoming, warm and friendly. They explain the dishes that they cook and serve you as well as the wines that go... More
