Melograno is a must if you are visiting the island. It is modern yet respects tradition. The atmosphere is quaint, relaxed, which is perfect for a quiet night with the family or a romantic dinner. I ordered and appetizer of tuna and rocket salad with a side of the best eggplants I’ve ever eaten. Side dishes were off menu, but the server will list them if you ask. The price is in line with the fine quality of ingredients presented. Overall, Melograno is possibly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to (without exaggeration) and would gladly return to taste their other inviting dishes.

For sure this place deserve a visit. The location is very suggestive since is sorrounded by swimming poll and caves. The service is very professional the waiters are always prepared and gentle. The food is well presented and the taste is delicious.
The wine list has a good variety.

Sublime dinner to say the least, priceless freshness of the products, well-stocked cellar to say the least and staff prepared and ready to look after the customer, excellent value for money, to say the least, indeed for the freshness and preparation of the products the cost is below average . Service was spot on, very attentive and accommodating. Our dishes were all filled with delicious surprises. And finally the Chef’s secret recipe of a Tiramisu (photo enclosed) from Ponza will change your life! :)

I loved this dinner!
One evening in early August I was at the restaurant with two of my friends... attentive waiters and a trained chef made our dinner special, in a soft and elegant atmosphere.
We start dinner with an appetizer prepared by the chef, who, among others, offered us a truly delicious prawn on bufola and oysters. Absolutely worth trying!
To continue, I chose a truly delicious first course, with a strong and well-balanced flavour: ravioli filled with stracciata and prawns, with pistachio and lemon pesto. A gift for the palate! My friends' dishes were also deemed delicious. The selection of desserts is also good.
In addition to the authentic tastes, the prices, which are absolutely proportionate, are also a good reason to book!

Sublime food: I ate the fish balls, the spaghetti with sea urchins and the decomposed cannoli, all extremely excellent! Fine and welcoming place, professional staff. Prices are a little high but the quality offered is absolutely worthy of the cost. I highly recommend it if you pass through Ponza!

We stayed in the hotel and dined at Il Melograno on the evening we arrived. My daughters and I fought over the risotto, it was perfectly cooked. We also had the steak with roasted potatoes, tuna 3 ways, tuna carpaccio, and a few other things. We didn’t care for the chef’s take on “tiramisu,” which reminded me of a hybrid between tiramisu and a cannoli, but this is one of the desserts most loved by diners. The kids were begging to stay another night so we could eat here again, and I was wishing we could too.

I had dinner at The Pomegranate with friends a few nights ago. I state that it is not the first time I frequent this restaurant, in my opinion, flagship of the island. The quality of the food and service were impeccable as well as the atmosphere in the room. Among the dishes I liked most are the millefeuille of buffalo mozzarella and shrimp and the tuna patanegra. Everything perfect, highly recommended.

End of year party with some fantastic colleagues, I had the pleasure of having dinner in this amazing restaurant to say the least. Location located inside a beautiful hotel, it has an outdoor and an indoor room, a beautiful swimming pool that takes you back in time. From a culinary point of view I ate divinely, I have to compliment the Chef and all the staff.

The environment is refined and relaxing, the staff fast and very courteous. The menu offers variations on traditional cuisine and the ingredients are of excellent quality.
