Dinner with friends and spaghetti with gluten-free seafood to remember for the true flavor of the ingredients. Excellent pistachio semifreddo. The same goes for what the other diners remembered. Let's start our holiday in Ponza starting from one of the most popular restaurants. The experience was overall negative, with some positive notes (but not enough to justify a rating higher than 2 stars). The innkeeper was very kind, the other staff were terrible: when asked what the typical Ponzese dish was, the waitress replied, with an unpatient air, that the traditional dish is fresh fish (the next day we learned that there is lentils, grass peas, tiella, Ponzese rabbit). We order an appetizer and two first courses: - as an appetizer "tuna alla ponzese", which we discover is tuna in oil seasoned with a few olives, two cherry tomatoes and some rocket (cost 21 euros). Non si illuda Sig. Daniele in realtà non sto rispondendo a lei, ma siamo ad agosto e voglio chiarire un pochino di cose ai nuovi ospiti che verranno. Non voglio al mio ristorante gente come lei che a tavola dice tutto bene e poi con tanta rabbia sputa veleno, non di certo qui da me, dove dall'inizio alla fine c'è un massimo rispetto per i nostri ospiti e quindi esigo lo stesso rispetto a tavola, anche quando qualcosa non lascia soddisfatti. Farò delle precisazioni però a riguardo della sua recensione doverose. Sarò rapida ed esaustiva: *i nostri primi costano 23 euro e non 24 *Il tonno sott' olio che lei dice che può fare a casa in tre minuti se lo sogna!
