Charming town of Peschici, family owned restaurant. Delicious, simply prepared food. Very reasonable prices.

The food here is amazing. I would highly recommend any of the pastas as the sauces are fantastic. The fish is also very nice. The service could be a little quicker. It is also cheap

We enjoyed the fish here so much that we ate here twice. The staff were pleasant, and on both occasions we saw lots of locals here as well as tourists. This was good value food and wine. Their speciality is food 'Al brace', which they translate as grilled. This doesn't do it justice, as the bed of cinders they use... More

We had only one night in the Gargano and spent the night in Peschici on the recommendation of a friend. Chose the Ristorante Fra Stefano as we liked the menu after strolling thru the old town. Despite a TripAdvisor rating of only in the mid forties, we had a wonderful meal. Once seated, the restaurant did not have the first... More

We weren't sure where to eat as our main choice was full and we went here because it was clearly quite busy when other places nearby were quite empty. We had a mixed starter to share, pork chop and involtini to eat, house wine, beer and water to drink. The waiting staff were busy but we'll organised (two of them... More

This restaurant is knows for ita array of antipasti and there certainly was a great variey of fish starters. In fact it was difficult to go on to the next course, although at lunch on a hot day it was a perfect solution. Appetizing home cooked food good service and in a nice cool ambience. It is necessary to return... More

Do not miss this restaurant if you are looking for classic, flavourful Puglian cuisine. We ate here two nights and service was friendly, atmosphere great and food divine. Seafood is a must. Memorable

We had an excellent meal here, ordering from the three course set tasting menu. The starter was an interesting mix of vegetables including baked aubergine plus mozarella. Then pasta and tomato sauce, then grilled veal and sausage. All fresh local produce and very well cooked. The wine was excellent and service was good

The restaurant is located just inside of the old centro, immediately to the right of the main gate. It serves the typical Italian grub, boring and unimaginative. Hence the inevitable tomato topped pizza, home-made pasta with yet more tomato sauce and a slab of chewy, grilled meat adorned with a single leaf of lettuce. Seafood looked equally insipid safe for... More
