A more modern patisserie than the ones we frequented around Padua. There is a huge four-sided counter right in the middle of the open area displaying various cakes, pastries, biscuits, doughnuts and chocolates. There are limited tables but we were happy to stand up at...the bar with the locals to enjoy breakfast. I really loved the pistachio croissant. It is huge so I didn't think I would finish it all, but the pistachio cream is so light and the croissant light and crispy, that it was actually pretty easy to polish off the entire thing! Worth visiting - there should be something for everyone.More
Classic but modern with a touch of class. Great coffee and pastries. Staff who really seem to care about the quality of service, presentation and customer experience. Really fantastic.
This 'Pasticeria' is also known by the locals as 'Bar' as they have the back area of the shop dedicated for those who want to stop for a coffee and enjoy the croissants or brioche as called here and are all made by the Pasticeria,and...really good when still warm. This pasticeria also makes good cakes and their own chocolates so is a very popular point especially Saturdays and Sundays when wanting to visit family or friends, one can buy a variety of different freshly made products.More

Went around 9am with my cousin and aunt, place was buzzing, but we found a table (several were free). Coffee and eats can also be had standing up at the service bar. Waitress attended promptly and brought our coffees, juices and cakes within 5 minutes....Service was prompt. Only "minus" was that payment had to be made at the cashiers not to the waitress, which meant queueing up again - I always dislike having to queue up twice: to order and again to pay (luckily only 2 people in front of us at the cashiers)More
This fantastic pastry shop offer a large variety of homemade cake and pastries sweet or savory, delights yourself in this luxury corner of Montegrotto terme and live the experience as the locals do
The pastry selection are very good but unfortunately the seats inside the place are very dirty and disgusting. Shame On the management. I don't konw why, with all the money they make, why they don't clean the sofas where people seat. Ottima pasticceria. Purtroppo i...divani interni sono sporchissimi e fanno disgusto. Peccato che un posto così sappia di sporco. Con tutti i soldi che fate non capisco perché non pulite i divani. Vergogna.More
The cakes are unbelievably beautiful. Prices are high but the ambiance is worth it. There’s a coffee and juice bar and lots of chocolates for sale too.
The coffee is not so good, and the pastries are ok, but nothing exciting or great. We haven't tried the cakes, though.
Went to the Dalla Bona on via Roma for a little snack and was very pleased with the choice. This place has a very large pastry counter with very beautiful baked goods plus a little bar at the back that serves coffee, some alcohol (like...prosecco), and the little snacks I wanted called tramezzini. The little goodies were savoury pastries and were delicious, and the espresso was the usual Italian excellent also. The young woman behind the counter spoke a little English, and was very kind. This is a great little town but almost NO ONE speaks English or French, it's all Italian and German (their greatest source of tourists), so not having to do the sign language thing was nice! All in all a very positive experience, and it only cost €2.50 (3.75CAD)!More
If you're around Padua then you must go to Dalla Bona in Montegrotto. One of the best Patiseries I've tried.
