My second visit to La Peniche, this time with family.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, eat great food served with style and panache, drank good wine and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived and were sad to leave, much fuller than when we arrived - a special thank you to the two ladies who served us.
Decorated in a eclectic style with all of the vast wine list on open display La Peniche is definitely a palce to make memories and enjoy a step back from the day to day.
I can be certain that we will return again next time we are in the area.

Local chosen for a particular menu and location we had dinner even without reservation but in November. Well-kept environment, perhaps too many plants , with ambient music, a little repetitive, but very pleasant, high prices but fair. Family lunch for birthday. Super experience. Fantastic dishes, there is great quality from the kitchen and also from those who designed the menu. Staff very kind, prepared and quiet in the management of a level service but rendered with simplicity. The environment is very pleasant and even in the room there is a distinguished clientele. The restaurant is not for all budgets, about € 50 per person, in my opinion it could cost even something more and would not be out of place: with the same amount spent I happened to have experiences with really mediocre food.

We have been customers of this restaurant for a couple of years but every time we go they increase our bill eating cones last night a main course exactly two Catalans, fresh lobster but everything else frozen (probably think we are two stupid) a wine from 35 euros and a dessert in two to 9 euros! We finally managed to go to this enchanting place, after several summer attempts in which it was always fully booked!!! Very romantic dinner outside, very recommended both in terms of food and courtesy, the waiter Antonello was perfect.
The really very good dishes (vegetables in frying a little less). Space raw appetizers, and this already makes many things clear!
We found a place only at 22:15 but we did not regret it at all, a nice experience!! Maybe I would have preferred a little less waiting given the time and fatigue but I really Recommendation to try it!
