We had lunch at the nice terrace with a beautiful view. The food was a big disappointment, worse than I could imagine. The house wine was good. Service was ok.

It doesn’t happen very often and I can count them on one hand, but sometimes you come across the “perfect place” be it a restaurant hotel or some other experience. This was such a place for us and one I highly recommend. I experienced several...Tuscan dishes that were out of this world. I know it is summertime but do not leave without trying the pappa al Pomodoro. Otherwise trust the chef if you are not sure what to try. We are drinking the local (house) wine wherever we go and how can you go wrong in Montalcino. Lastly, the views of the countryside from the patio are just breathtaking.More

This was my first time visiting Tuscany and this place is not to be missed. We were with a tour group and had the most wonderful food and wine. If you're in Tuscany on a picturesque trip, you need to come here. Montenero is a beautiful region with ample history, great people, and fantastic food. You are missing out if you don't partake in the cooking classes here. Absolutely the best. Service is impeccable.

I have visited Tuscany many times but this beautiful restaurant is the place I come to time after time . The service is wonderful and Flavio Biserni the owner is a charming friendly and welcoming host. The food served here is without doubt some of...the finest I've tasted in my years of travelling to Italy and certainly in Tuscany. I adore the atmosphere here and especially love eating on the large terrace which has a fabulous view over Tuscan countryside. . I visited recently and once again was not dissapointed by what I chose. . I would recommend this charming and award winning restaurant to anyone who is looking for somewhere a bit special .More
