We ate twice a pizza there, and it was very delicious, even with the option of whole grain pastry. Service is very courteous and they respect individual requests. Very recommended.

The pizza here is the best pizza i have tasted. Service was very good and the views over the lake is pleasant whilst having dinner. Food here was very reasonably priced too.

This restaurant, on the lake front in Bardolino, is a good spot to grab a reasonably priced bite to eat from their extensive menu along with a quattro of local wine. It is also a good spot if you need to connect to wifi.

Service was outstanding however the food was a little below par. Two of us had the mixed grill which arrived within 5 minutes therefore it clearly wasn't freshly cooked.

We visited the restaurant after receiving a recommendation from our tour operator, Thomsons. However, the experience was slightly underwhelming. Whilst the food we had was acceptable (pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes) the service was poor and we felt slightly neglected by our server. This...More

Description
The Loggia Rambaldi, a 16th-century building by the school of the architect Giulio Romano, looks onto the harbour of Bardolino right where the lake, coming further inland after the Belvedere bay, opens up to become a welcoming amphitheatre. It was built towards the end of the 1500s by the Marquis Girolamo Rambaldi, who conceived it as a belvedere on the lake facing his stately home in Bardolino. The Loggia has survived the centuries and is witness to an ambitious project that was later modified. Fortunately, neither the erosion of the elements nor that resulting from changing customs have interfered with its architectural worth, and it stands today as one of Bardolino’s most precious buildings. The outcome is a setting that is both simple and harmonious, where historical charm merges with the warmth and attention generated by individuals who have chosen professional catering not only because it is a long family tradition, but above all because they are passionate about their work. The dining room is divided lengthwise into three ‘naves’ by columns that also support the beautiful vaulted ceiling and it features a large fireplace that gives warmth and additional atmosphere. It is without doubt a splendid setting for any occasion.
