When there for lunch with friends. Staff were attentive and gave the personal touch. The food was first class and extremely tasty. I would highly recommend a visit.

I went there with my mum and nan. I would recommend the anti pasto salami. It's amazing I was disappointed with the sea feast it had thick bread which have me heartburn then the Fowey mussels were cold along with bloating calamari. The only good thing was the tiger prawns. In the restaurant it needs more light. I practically fell... More

One reason we visit Charlestown is to dine here. The food is amazing and the service is excellent, attentive without being intrusive. Booked a table although probably didn't need to at this time of year. I would highly recommend the moules provencal, sea bass with seared scallops, selection of locally caught fish fillets and the amazing cheese board. Looking forward... More

Very good food and excellent friendly service, the wreckers has an excellent position also by the harbour. To me leaving negative comments because you cannot take a dog into the restaurant is bizarre of course you should not be able to take a dog into a restaurant. Highly recommended, good food, good service and very good value for money, portion... More

I love coming to this place for possibly the best cream tea in Cornwall. Atmosphere is great. Staff are polite and friendly and the view is breathtaking when you sit outside the back.

This place looked lovely and is right by the beach , this is a popular spot for dog walkers but unlike most places this one is not dog friendly and we were turned away albeit politely

We have been a couple of times, admittedly usually only for coffee and cake. The restaurant has a nice olde world Cornish charm to it I would recommend this to anyone.

We travelled for over four hours to Charlestown and wanted somewhere within walking distance for an evening meal and a drink. This was the first place we came to, so very much pot luck. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and superb food. We'll be back!

Looking for somewhere to Shelter from the cold and rain. It looked quite basic from the outside, but was very nice inside - the cakes were lovely and not expensive, we chatted to the lady serving who was very friendly.
