Treat yourself when in West Clare
we went twice to this pub to have a very good diner. very cosy and nicely decorated with a very old fireplace. the food was very good. for dessert we walk to the special shop with icescreams belinging to the pub.
Enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch cooked to perfection with the freshest of local ingredients, local beef and lamb, home made ice cream, locally sourced delicious veg and warming atmosphere, professional and friendly service. Was in here for a family meal on Halloween. The food was spooktactular and the staff were great. Monkfish was gorgeous as was my wife's Cajun salmon. Childrens menu was also very good. Will definitely call again.
We visit Co Clare regularly- often during the winter. This lovely restaurant not only has a lovely open fire and cosy atmosphere, but is also open most evenings even through the winter! They do amazing seafood but also offer plenty of meat or vegetarian dishes....More
