Small friendly restaurant - waitress was friendly. Food good and the menu de jour was great value. We intend going back with the family.

Simple food but good quality. Lovely people. Doesn't look like much at first but they manage to do a very decent French food and service it with a smile. They don't have a kid's menu but did half price for smaller portion which I thought was very elegant on theirs. I would highly recommend if you fancy a good simple... More

We passed through Carcés again, after staying here 6 years ago. Delighted to see L'Oie still open, we stopped in for lunch. It was amazing that Claire remembered us! The food was very pleasant, but the special thing about the restaurant is the "ambience". Everything, including the food feels authentic. And Claire and Pierre are charming and welcoming. Highly recommended!

This one's for you Claire.. - Seldom are we in Carces without visiting you and what the family have come to call the "garage" - L'oie qui bouit". Always smiling, ready to give away a warm welcoming gesture, and ready to take care of you as a guest in the restaurant. The meny and service have never failed, always tasty... More

We had avoided this restaurant following a disappointing visit a couple of years ago, but were taken by friends. The food was excellent and good value for money, however the atmosphere was a little quiet, as only two tables were occupied. Fortunately we made our own atmosphere with good friends

This is a small restaurant in a village in the middle of the Provence Verte. On the main road, which is a shame as sitting outside is very noisy, the main room is full of bits and pieces which tell you it is 'home made'. The food is good, we had the marmite du pecheur, which is basically a fish... More

As regular visitor of this restaurant I hesitate to recommend it, afraid of not being able to find a table anymore, but the place really deserves it. Great creative local dishes and no french fries out of principle. Incredible what can be done in a former garage!

All year round open, a rarity in carces, dishes with fresh ingredients and great wine from the region. A must after a long drive and for those in need for an affordable dinner with friendly service, including free wifi.

Very lovely food and good service in this converted garage makes this a must if in the area. We loved our veal and lamb. All is excellent including the attentive English speaking owners.
