We had an absolutely faultless and delightful experience here for my sixtieth birthday, with all the family and three generations to service. Everything was simply superb: service, food, cocktails, other drinks – I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Truly first class in every way!

A warm summer's evening, and a sunset view of the Solent. Eaten alive, as we sat outside, by thunder thripps, but that wasn't the fault of anyone but the Almighty. Service was reasonably prompt and efficient. I've forgotten what we ate, but we had a...More

Yeah, it gets busy and the service can suffer as a result but its really good food at the right price and the location is fantastic. Much better than Thompson's in Newport.

Food was quite good, Service could have been better, there was a lot of staff on duty but we had to wait for attention several times during our visit. We were sat in the middle of the place so staff had to pass us.

Went for Sunday lunch whilst visiting family, good welcome by staff, very apologetic as one of our party had ordered chicken which was not available as an option but offered an alternative. Food excellent, presented very well, and hot. The view from our table was...More

I dare say it's only a matter of time before there is an accident anywhere on the Isle of Wight. The standard of driving is both shocking and worrying. The mere fact that as a local you are aware of the parked cars must... More
