Stayed at Sunshine Beach for 3 nights and had breakfast here every day, plus one lunch. Good hot coffee, great selection of smoothies and other cold drinks, very good selection available for breakfast, smaller selection available for lunch but still quite ok. Service was friendly...and generally efficient, with just a couple of minor glitches that were easily fixed. We are not pet owners, but for those who are, pets were welcome outside (but not inside). This is the nicest cafe for breakfast in the local area.More

Went on 2nd October for lunch, wasn't particulary busy, steady trade. I would have been here for an hour & customers ate & left the dirty plates, glasses left on tables for ages, birds flying in to eat scraps. Eventually a staff member came to...collect dirty dishes on four different tables at different times but not once did a staff memebr wipe or clean a table, just picked up dishes & that is it. 4 staff members I saw coming & going behind counter but not one thought to wipe a table. It had been raining & the front bench where people sit on the high stools was wet as were the stools & they stayed wet the entire time I was there. if this was my business & I had 4 staff working for me like this I wouldn't be happy. Also the water urn was empty on my arrival & stayed empty, myself & two other couples tried to get a glass of water & couldn't. If the cafe was flat out & you could see the staff were flat out & doing their best you would understand these little things not taken care of but when the staff are mostly behind the counter talking & one taking out a plate of food & another following behind with cutlery makes you wonder if they are being lazy with their job. My lunch was quite nice & I would go back but would love the service to be better next time.More

Solid local Cafe in a great location. Good coffee, great range of appetising, wholesome breakfast and lunch options. Good range of cold drinks, baked treats and pastries to boot. A very competent, friendly & efficient young crew keep the orders coming at this very popular...venue.More

I have had many meals from Jam Cafe, can only say they were all amazing. The sausage rolls are fantastic also if you like a good home style pastie this is the place for you. Dont over look the blueberry muffins. Happy eating.

Good location. Great to have a coffee and watch the passers by. Coffee was ok but not hot enough. Service was slow albeit with a smile. Smoothie and Juices were served without ice and we had to ask for ice to be added. Needs an...energy boost to keep the business going. Closes early at 2pm (open at 6am).More

Returned for second time for coffee, detox juice, muffins, slice. Quick service, good food and coffee and juices and a Banana smoothie. Staff friendly and spot on. Will return again and we are staying in noosaville. !!!!!!!!!

This is a ripper little place. The staff were lovely and efficient, the place was clean and we had a great breakfast. Also well priced.

We had a group breakfast there and were very impressed by the food selection and quality. Delightful mushrooms and veg selections and good coffee. While I note that some reviewers were critical of the service, we found the service friendly and prompt. We will be...happy to return when next at Sunshine Beach.More

We decided to have lunch here as it had good reviews. The lamb & chicken pitas were tasty & fresh. However if I was the owner of this cafe, I wouldn’t be happy at the level of service provided by the staff - food delivered...without serviettes or cutlery, water requested never arrived and our finished plates & others around us were still sitting there when we left while 3 staff were chatting behind the counter.More

I have been in this establishment on many occasions over many years and I can say it's an embarrasment for Sunshine Beach. The food is good when they can be bothered to acknowledge or serve you and on at least 3 occasions in the last...12 months I have walked out after no less than 3 people just talk amongst themselves or ignore you completely. I have said I will never go back only to be disappointed for the last time. Please sell this business asap to people who know how to provide customer service. One star for location.More

Jam is tucked away in Duke St, which is the main Sunshine Beach drag and competition for patronage is fierce. We originally tried it because the girls made a fuss of our kelpie as we were walking past. If they love dogs, it can’t be...bad can it?! The service here is awesome, friendly, informative and quick. The coffee is very good, well balanced and not too acidic. The long black on ice is fantastic on a hot day. We are working our way through the menu but my favourite is the tropical bowl, açai style dish with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, it amazing. My wife loves the vegetable plate, the flavours really pop and the fried kale is delicious. Whatever we get, we always add a side of bacon for the dog and she gives that 5 stars. This is a great place to relax and watch the passing parade. Well done guys, we will be back.More
