Fabulous location looking out to sea and watching the ships go by We went for a couple of family meals and whilst the menu isn't massive there was plenty of choice for everyone. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was lovely, can recommend the sharing platters and the pork belly, the... More

We ate here twice in April whilst holidaying on The isle of wight. We chose the restaurant as it was dog friendly and it most certainly was. The maitre d welcomed us and the dogs although we hadnt booked. The menu was adequate and we had 2 courses, service was excellent, food was delicious and a nice choice of pulled... More

Gosh, where to start?! In all fairness, before I review I do think that we were extremely unlucky, but we had one disaster after another! We were a party of 4 adults, a 3 year old and a 15 month old, had booked for 7 to ensure tea wasn't too late for the kids, celebrating a big birthday & the... More

I found this restaurant on the internet with good reviews. I had an excellent sirloin steak, cooked as requested, and my companions had fish pie which they said was delicious. Due to a busy couple of days there were no desserts available from the menu but they still managed to provide good alternative choices.

Visited with family, 6 of us were seated straight away. Staff were lovely but communication to the kitchen, bar is obviously poor. We ordered our drinks, 4 arrived then we had to ask for the other 2 which hadn't turned up. We ordered our meals, one was a starter which we asked for as a main meal all to be... More

Came here to eat as it looked very inviting. Told at the bar that it was table service and that someone would be with me shortly. Waited ten minutes and nothing happened. Asked another two waitresses for menus and nothing. One of them even walked past me with a menu from another table. The serving staff seemed very stressed and... More

Popped in here Friday Night of the bank holiday weekend. Although it was busy, luckily we got a table outside. There was live music, a singer Zoe Jayne and she was incredible. The food was your typical pub food but tasty. Alcohol was a good price! The staff were friendly and efficient.

You have to work hard to be this bad - really hard. long wait for food, and when it arrives it's bad, impressively so. Prawn and crab Linguini ...... it was the sloppiest, nastiest thing I have ever seen. The linguini had been chopped into tiny pieces. I asked the waitress what it was and she replied "it looks like... More
