On Saturday 22 of us dined here. First of all I must say that most of the staff we dealt with were great and very helpful. We had our severely disabled brother with us and discovered that the toilet facilities are inadequate. Firstly you have to wait until a very busy member of staff can get you the key, then... More

This is a busy restaurant used by the nearby Premier Inn's guests. Food is ordered from a set menu and there is usually quite a long wait say 30 + mins. The ordering procedure is not very efficient with queuing at the bar counter and it is a bit haphazard. Value is reasonable but there are offers before 6.00pm for... More

We are regular visitors here, as the proud keepers of a 6 year old who loves soft play, and begs 'can we go to the soft play with the food?' Food is average, service is average, soft play is average and prices are average. Let's say it's not the kind of pub we would visit if it wasn't for little... More

Spent under £20 in this restaurant for a 2 course meal for 2 plus drink. Very nice food for the price, staff were friendly, nice clean place and a good atmosphere. If I came this way again I would dine here without question.

We've been here several times, and I've reviewed this place positively before...but I need to do it again as the place was hideous. Where do I start? 1. Poor, unprofessional service. I was repeatedly ignored when waiting at the desk to ask if we could move tables after reserving a table - but being placed in the noisy conservatory. I... More

Lovely friendly staff, good menu food was good. Extra bonus of having a soft play here for the kids which is great to tire them out

Came here after being at Riverside Park because of the soft play. Two adult meals and two kids meals with drinks cost £40! They were small and had very little taste, overpriced to say the least. The only positive was the lady at the desk of the soft play was nice and good with the kids. We wouldn't return here.

Visit earlier in the week for a bite to eat after shopping near by and was really pleased with the whole experience! The restaurant is well presented and looks clean and tidy. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who advised us of the food ordering process. After ordering two meals and two deserts which came to left... More

I try to take my 87 year old mother to different venues for a bite to eat. This week we had the mental s fortune of visiting this establishment. We arrived before 1.00pm ordered food, it took ages to arrive, the venue itself is well presented and the staff were very pleasant. After our long wait my mother had ordered... More
