We visited the New Inn today, Sunday for Lunch while visiting friends in Barnstable. Lovely village pub, very friendly landlord and landlady and plenty of choice on menu and delicious food. High recommend and we will be back next time in the area.

Beautiful food, lovely setting. We had pre booked our table and glad we did as got rather busy. Food was hot and fresh and they are happy to make adjustments to dishes. Can’t recommend enough.

We ate here on the night of the judging of the village pumpkin competition, and the place was packed. However, that did not stop the staff from taking time to talk through the extensive menu with us, offering to, "Alter anything you like', as it's...More
