Been meaning to eat here for a while as I've heard good things about the food. On the night I went it was fairly poor. I chose chowder as a starter and cannot understand how they can charge over £5 for a warmed up, tasteless...More

Been to a few of the Lancaster Brewery places and they're all excellent. This one, I think, is their biggest. Tremendous place. Brilliant bar, NOT cheap. Brilliant food, NOT expensive. Staff friendly and there are always plenty of them. The quality place to go in...More

Great service, the staff make it. The food is middle of the road with limited menu which does not get changed regularly. Unless you ask for the small dinning rook behind the bar you will sit amongst the drinkers standing around you in the bar.

Quick service. Very helpful staff. A wide variety of dishes to suit everyone with new dishes. I had delicious cauliflower soup with truffle oil. Generous portions at reasonable prices. Excellent value.
A welcome warm meal in a vibrant bar with adjacent restaurant . Basic food but well presented and a very helpful waitress Karen who accommodated 3 hungry cyclists who hadn't booked.
